How to Send Rough Measurements

These do not need to be perfect. They simply help Gemini give a more useful first guide before a visit or final survey.

1. Measure the width. Take the rough size from side to side across the existing window or door opening.
2. Measure the height. Take the rough size from the bottom of the frame or threshold to the top of the opening.
3. Use millimetres if you can. For example: width 1200mm x height 1050mm.
4. Send a photo too. Inside and outside photos help Gemini understand the frame, sill, opening style and any awkward details.
